Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS and shipped within 5-10 business days max! Some orders ship out next day, it all depends on order volume at the time of placing your order.   

For all U.S orders, if you haven't received your order within 21 days of it's shipping date. Please reach out to your selected delivery carrier for more information. Pawfect Paws Co. is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once the delivery carrier has possession of your package, it is up to them to get your package to you safely.
